The Control Center employs highly skilled engineers and technicians available 24/7 to answer questions about each customer’s PureCell® system. Control Center personnel monitor the global fleet of PureCell® systems 24/7, ensuring all powerplants are operating at optimal performance. Through continuous monitoring, potential issues are often able to be identified and resolved before a system interruption can occur, providing maximum system uptime for customers. In the event of an unplanned shutdown, the Control Center team is able to perform extensive troubleshooting and repair preparation in advance of the technician arriving on site, further decreasing the mean time to repair (MTTR) and maximizing the availability of the fuel cell.
